bad finishing tiny reception
the hotel is cute and friendly. they looked out for me. i enjoyed a delicious breakfast at their restaurant. by the time i finished, they sent me a text. it let me know my room was ready.
The reception is tiny. there was nobody to escort me and help me with my luggage. the room finishing is very bad. Scratches and cracks were everywhere. the room lighting is inefficient. there is only one switch to turn on and off the full light.

a superb, charming stay
crisp linens rainfall shower sweet touch
i discovered this little jewel box, a superb boutique option. the decor felt elegant, a nod to the building's architect. i found the large rainfall shower especially lovely. the bed felt comfortable with crisp linens. chocolates in the room were a sweet, wonderful touch.
i noticed the front desk wasn't staffed at all hours, a very slight inconvenience.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Issues
uncomfortable mattress poor finishing
The breakfast was adequate for the price charged.
The mattress lacked the necessary support and comfort for a restful sleep. I also found the room finishing to be subpar with visible scratches and cracks. Lighting options were limited. A single switch controlled all lights without dimming capabilities.

The staff were helpful. they promptly addressed all my needs. i booked tickets and restaurants. based on my interests. The recommendations were spot on. the suite had a separate indoor balcony. it had a very nice design.
the gym was small. i had hoped for a larger workout area.
